Nov 21, 2018

On this weeks episode, we talk at length about the Cavalry FC season ticket packages and the initial negative reaction nation wide. Soccer supporters aren't happy, but we ask if some of those packages are necessarily for them, or is it an attempt to lure the regular Spruce Meadows crowd by offering them an experience they are more accustomed to?

We also take another look at the FC Edmonton picks in the U Sports draft, and if FCE will continue to develop players that other clubs are free to pick up.

And finally, we talk about the Canadian Premier League acquiring League 1 Ontario, and what that could mean for other leagues to potentially arise at the same level under the CPL banner.

Oct 31, 2018

On this weeks episode, we recap the Edmonton leg of the fall Al Classico. Even though the C*valry won on penalties, we're calling it a win based on the conventional away goals rule. Even though these matches mean nothing in the grand scheme of things, we expand on how this fuels the rivalry, with both supporters arguing who actually won until there is a meaningful match played.

We also look into York 9's season ticket pricing. We rant and rave how we think it's offside and how the response from their front office has come across and defensive and condescending.

We also touch on the open trials, Sean Fleming as assistant coach, a potential Sadi Jalali comeback and more!

Sep 26, 2018

This weeks episode comes on a bit of a slower week, but that won't stop us from continuing to speculate. Macron has been the long rumoured kit supplier for the league and this past week we've gotten the strongest hints that prove it to be true. We look at the CPL naming them as official outfitter for the Open Trials, the Macron branded jerseys for the York 9 celebrity match, CPL executives in Italy and even what the chances are we see the Cavalry and FC Edmonton prospects wearing Macron gear. And on that note, we look ahead to this weekends prospects match up in (or should we say, near) C*lgary.
