Maybe it's a sign that we've been following r/NASLsoccer far too much, but we address almost all of the rumours from this past week and give our input into how credible some are and what we think of them. So PLEASE don't take any of this as legitimate news, we're just parroting this from the NASL reddit page. There is a dusting of official news in what we are talking about though.
And for good measure, we cover Watson being resigned, Corea in the World Cup Qualifiers and who we think would be a good fit on FC Edmonton that could be considered a Canadian International.

In a podcast where we struggle to keep everything on topic, we talk in depth about the Soccer Bowl and how it was probably the most entertaining version of the modern era. Congrats to the Cosmos on their second modern Soccer Bowl, and major respect for the the travelling Fury supporters for making a strong presence at the game as well.
We then focus on Canada's big win against Honduras in the World Cup qualifiers and how it sets them up for a very intriguing run to hopefully get one of the Hex spots.
And then as usual we get into more FCE speculation, including the premature repot that Hanson Boakai was about to sign with TFC.

Hey look! We kept this podcast to a reasonable length!
We start by recapping the NASL Championship semifinals. It was a fun weekend and a terrific advertisement for the league, especially the Ottawa/Minnesota match.
We then moved on to talking about the impending news about Rayo OKC expansion, and look at the steep hill they have to climb in competing with OKC Energy in that market.
Next we moved on to giving out our long awaiting FC Edmonton awards. We even manage to give out almost as many awards as an elementary school track meet.
And of course, we finish off with a preview of this weekends Soccer Bowl between Ottawa and New York.

In this extra special long podcast (we didn't mean it, we swear!), we recap the final week of the NASL season and look at the final standings for the Championship.
We also get into who FCE released, who they retained and who's currently out of contract. TONS of roster speculation in this podcast, and a look at GM Rod Proudfoot's time here. We look into where he succeeded, where he failed and what we want with our next GM.
